Freight — how it works and what it costs
How does freight work on this unit?Big machines like this one ship LTL freight on a pallet to your address. Freight pricing depends on your ZIP, whether it is a dock or a residence, and whether the driver needs a liftgate.
What does freight cost?We do not guess at it. You place the order, we get an exact quote from our carrier the same business day, and email it to you with a secure link.
When do I pay for freight? You approve the freight cost before anything is charged. If the number does not work for you, you are committed to nothing.
How fast will it arrive? Most quotes go out the same business day. Transit is typically a few business days after you approve the quote.
Can I skip freight and pick it up?Yes. Same-day will-call pickup at 665 Laura Ct, Lewisberry PA costs $0.

What it's for
If you already own a cold water machine you are happy with and you are turning down grease work because of it, this is the cheapest honest path to hot water. The hot box sits inline and heats what your existing pump delivers.
It is rated for 8 to 10 GPM, so pair it with a machine in that range — putting it behind a 4 GPM unit works but you are paying for capacity you cannot use.
Twelve-volt operation means it runs off the truck. Talk to us about plumbing it into your existing rig before you order; the layout matters more than the box does.

What we see on the bench
- It is a heater, not a pumpThe hot box has no pump and produces no pressure of its own — there is no PSI rating because there is no pump behind it. It heats the water your existing cold machine delivers. Rating it needs a machine in the 8–10 GPM range or you are paying for capacity you cannot use.
- The coil is the part that mattersBecause the box holds water in the coil between uses, a freeze can split the coil without leaking until it is back under load — the reason we pressure test rather than eyeball it. Coil repair covers the failure mode, and what cracks when it freezes lists the coil among the five.
- Plumbing layout decides how well it worksWhere the box sits in the rig matters more than the box itself. Run it through the right reels and the day flows; starve it and nothing heats right. The tank and rig layout guide is worth reading before you mount it.

Questions buyers ask
- Why is there no PSI on this unit?
- It is a heater, not a pump. A hot box takes the water your existing pump delivers and raises its temperature, so there is no pressure rating of its own. Some listings paste a number in; that figure is the coil’s maximum working pressure, not output.
- What does it need to run properly?
- A cold water machine in the 8–10 GPM range and a 12V supply. Below that flow you have a heater you cannot fill. We pipeline it into existing rigs — call and describe your setup and we will tell you if it is the right add-on.
