Why does the manifold size matter?
Because flow, not pressure, is what high-GPM flatwork needs. A reel with a half-inch manifold throttles an 8+ GPM machine the same way an undersized nozzle does. The one inch high-flow manifold keeps the whole run open for the machines that push that much water.
What hose does it take?
It is built around a high-flow 3/8" high-pressure hose rated for the bigger machines — we stock the Rampage 2-wire 3/8" to match. If you need a specific length or fitting, call and we will cut and terminate it to your rig.
