How ordering works here
Three ways to get equipment out of our building, two ways to pay, and no surprises on either. Here is the whole thing in one page.
Parcel — UPS and USPS
Parts, guns, hoses, nozzles, reels, surface cleaners and the lighter machines ship parcel from Lewisberry. At checkout you enter the address and the site pulls live rates straight from the carriers — usually UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, and a 2-day option — and you pick the one you want. The price you see is the carrier's price for that box to your door; we do not pad it. Orders paid by 2 pm on a business day generally leave the same day, and you get the tracking number by email the moment the label prints.
A few things are physically too big or heavy for a parcel carrier (over 150 lb, or long enough that UPS calls it "additional handling"). The product page tells you before you add it to the cart.
Freight — the big machines
Skid units, trailer rigs and hot-water machines go LTL freight on a pallet. Freight pricing depends on your ZIP, whether it is a business with a dock or a residence, and whether the driver needs a liftgate, so we do not guess at it. You place the order, nothing is charged, and we get an exact quote from our carrier the same business day. You get an email with the freight cost and a secure link to pay it. If the number does not work for you, you have committed to nothing — call us and we will look at other options, including picking it up here.
Freight tip: if you have a forklift or a dock, tell us on the order. It knocks the liftgate fee off and usually a day off transit.
Pickup at the counter — 665 Laura Ct, Lewisberry
Anything on the site can be picked up here, and there is never a charge for it. Most orders are on the counter within two business hours of paying, Monday through Friday 8 to 5, and you get an email when it is ready. Bring the order number or the email.
Chemicals in gallon and 5-gallon sizes are pickup only. That is not us being difficult: the parcel carriers limit ground shipments of regulated liquids to containers of one litre or less, and ours are bigger than that. If you need a pallet of chemical delivered, call (717) 822-0660 and we will arrange freight for it.
Paying
Checkout runs through Stripe, the same processor behind most of the internet. We never see or store your card number. Orders of $1,000 or more can also be paid by bank transfer (ACH) right on the payment screen, which many fleet and municipal buyers prefer. Sales tax is calculated at payment; tax-exempt resellers and farms, send your certificate to info@dietersind.com and we refund the tax on the order.

Products with no price shown
Some units — most of the Alkota line, custom rig builds — are configured to the job, so a single price would be a guess. Those pages have a short request form instead of a cart button. Ian reads every one the same day and comes back with a real number and, usually, a question or two about what you are cleaning.

Wrong part, damaged in transit, changed your mind: call (717) 822-0660 first. We repair what we sell, so we would rather sort it out on the phone than trade emails with a form.
