Pressure Washer Repair for Every Brand: Hotsy, Landa, Kärcher, Mi-T-M & More
You did not have to buy it here for us to fix it. We repair every brand of commercial pressure washer — Hotsy, Landa, Kärcher, Mi-T-M and whatever else is on the bench — because the machines that really fail come down to a handful of the same wear parts and the same burner, coil and pump systems. We put your machine under load, find the actual cause, and give you a firm number before any work starts. If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we tell you that instead of taking the job.
Hotsy repair
Hot-water Hotsy units come in for the same failures as any hot-water machine: a burner that will not light or stays on with no heat, and coils that have scaled up or split. We put the burner and the water supply through the whole diagnosis before anyone condemns a coil.
Landa repair
Landa machines make up a lot of what comes across the bench. Much of it is routine wear on the parts that actually fail — unloaders, injectors and pump packings — so most of the time we are replacing a wear item rather than rebuilding a whole machine.
Kärcher (commercial) repair
Commercial-grade Kärcher units, the ones built for daily contractor use, respond to the same bench diagnosis as any pressure washer. For the smaller consumer-range machines we are honest when a repair costs more than the unit is worth — that is part of the service.
Mi-T-M repair
Mi-T-M hot-water machines come through for burner and coil service, and cold-water units for pump work. We repair whatever you bring in whether or not you bought it from us — the work, and the warranty on the repair, are the same either way.
Alkota & BE repair
Alkota and BE are the hot-water brands we sell and stock, and we service everything behind our own counter. Alongside the machines we hold the wear parts that fail most — unloaders, injectors, nozzles and pump components — so most same-day repair finishes the same day.
Simpson repair
Simpson units, gas and electric, come in mostly for starter and pump wear. We rebuild the triplex pumps we know — General, Cat, AR, Comet — in-house, and we tell you up front whether the pump is worth rebuilding or the machine is worth replacing.
Generac / Honda-engine units repair
Box-store and rental-class machines on Generac and Honda engines come in with the same mechanical failures as commercial units, and we treat them the same way: put them under load, find the real cause, and quote a number before we start. We are candid when a low-cost machine is not worth an expensive repair.
Other or unknown brand repair
Do not know the make, or the badge fell off years ago? It does not stop us. We diagnose by what the machine is doing and what is actually on the bench, not by the name on the frame. Most pressure complaints come down to the same small set of wear parts, and we work down that list under load.

Repair questions, plainly answered
Do you repair Hotsy pressure washers?
Yes. If it is a commercial pressure washer and it is broken, we will look at it — Hotsy, Landa, Karcher, Mi-T-M, Simpson, Generac or whatever you bought somewhere else. There is no penalty for buying elsewhere; the work, and the warranty on the repair, are the same.
Can you get parts for a Landa or another brand you don't sell?
In most cases, yes. The wear parts that actually fail on these machines — unloaders, injectors, nozzles, packings and burner components — are the same across brands, and we stock them. If a machine needs a manufacturer-only part we will tell you what it is and what it costs before we start.
Do I need to have bought the machine from you?
No. You can buy a machine wherever you like and we will still repair it. If a repair costs more than the machine is worth we will tell you that before you spend a dollar on it — that honesty applies no matter where a machine came from.
Are you an authorized dealer or warranty center for these brands?
Not necessarily, and we are careful not to claim we are. We are an independent repair shop. Brand names belong to their owners, and a manufacturer warranty is handled by the dealer who sold it; we fix the machine after the warranty.
