What it's for
A 24" deck, rated for 5–12 GPM and up to 212°F. Check that range against your machine before you order — a starved deck cleans slowly and leaves stripes where the passes overlap.

What we see on the bench
- Will it run on my machine? The manufacturer rates this 24 inch deck for 5–12 GPM at up to 4,000 PSI. Between 5 and 6 GPM is the practical floor — below that a 24 inch deck starves and streaks. Run your machine's flow through the sizing a surface cleaner guide before you buy; if you sit under about 6 GPM, step down to a 20 or 19 inch deck instead.
- The 24 inch is the flatwork sweet spotA 24 inch deck covers a driveway or a pad in clean passes with a machine in the 5–6 GPM range, and it is small enough to keep the pump fed. It is the most bought size in our surface-cleaner lineup and the one most contractors commit to when they take on regular concrete work.
- The swivel is the part that wears firstThe rotating bar rides on a swivel, and that is what crews wear out on daily commercial work — not the deck, not the nozzles. A worn swivel shows up as vibration and uneven spin at the bar. We stock the replacement 1/2" swivels and swap them in the shop.

Questions buyers ask
- What happens if my machine is below 5 GPM?
- It still spins, but each nozzle in the bar gets less water than it needs and the deck streaks instead of cleaning. The trade rule of thumb is the sizing guide: a 24 inch deck wants a machine in the 5–6 GPM range minimum. Below that, step down a size.
- Can I run it with a hot water machine?
- Yes, up to the deck's temperature ceiling. The Ground Force uses an aircraft-grade powder-coated aluminium deck, so it takes 212°F water. A plastic-cover deck would melt above about 185°F — check the deck material on whatever you pair it with before you feed it hot water.
