What it's for

Match the manifold to your line — half-inch for most soft wash and pressure work, one-inch on high-flow setups where a half-inch manifold becomes the restriction.

In stock in Lewisberry. We can plumb it into an existing rig if you would rather not.

From the shop bench

The Dieter's Industrial shop team — we service these machines in Lewisberry.

What we see on the bench

  • Manual retract, half the price of electricIf the reel sits on a fixed bay or only moves occasionally, a manual powder-coated reel does the same hose management job as an electric unit at a fraction of the price. It is the budget-honest choice for a rig that is not being rerolled all day.
  • Powder coat holds up to weatherThe powder-coated finish shrugs off the sun, rain and chemicals that eat painted steel reels over a season. On a trailer or an open bed that corrosion resistance is what keeps the reel turning year after year.
  • Keep the swivel clean and it stays smoothA manual reel only feels stiff when the swivel or pivot is dirty or dry. A quick lube and a clean face keeps the free spin — we carry the replacement swivels when one finally wears.

Questions buyers ask

Manual or electric reel?
Manual if the reel hooks up and mostly stays put, or you want to save the money; electric if you wind and unwind multiple times a day and want to save the crew's shoulders. Both hold the same hose — the difference is how often you pull it off the reel.
Does it handle a high-pressure hose?
Yes — it is built around a half-inch manifold and takes a standard 3/8" high-pressure hose. If you are running an 8+ GPM machine, the one inch high-flow reel is the better match so the manifold is not the restriction.
