Soft Wash Systems & Units
Low pressure, high volume, and chemistry that does the work. Roofs and siding are damaged by pressure, not cleaned by it — a soft wash system delivers solution at a rate that lets dwell time do the job.
Around 200 to 300 PSI moves a lot of solution without driving water behind siding or stripping granules off a roof. Pair one with a chlorine-stable surfactant and you will stop fighting mixes that slide off the wall before they work.
Most crews build the rig around a dedicated soft wash pump — for the current-generation model most operators run, see the Comet P40 soft wash pump. Pair it with a proportioner, soft wash hose, a hose reel and a tank to make a complete setup.
